I started taking these last week. They say they're 1000mg and that the RDA is 1025 or something. But other places say otherwise. Just wondering if 1000 is too much?

Vitamin C will give you diarrhoea if its too much. It quickly exits our system so if it doesn't have this effect, you will be fine.

Vitamin C helped with absortion of iron so you may feel better due to this as well.

Your body will excrete vitamins it does not need as there is nowhere to store them.

I would rather eat more fruit and veg than take supplements. There is more goodness to offer from eating the stuff it's sourced from and you'll experience a greater difference.

In that case, strawberries are very high in vitamin C.
