I can't stop buzzing :( Please help

My left leg won't stop buzzing. My hand keeps going numb, and I can't sleep (in spite of the fact that I've taken a sedative).

I'm scared this means I have some serious illness, but I've been to two doctors and they both say I'm just suffering from anxiety. I was OK during the day when I went walking w/ my dog, and went for a swim. But now, I can't stop buzzing, and occasionally getting little electric shocks in random places.

I'm scared I've got MS, even though the doctor has ruled it out w/o a physical exam.

Just want to share that I used to have the exact same symptoms. Used to feel like little zaps in my head and other places. I used to feel the buzzing and feel I had I lie down but couldn't stay still! Now, my anxiety is so much less an I don't experience this at all!
You sai you felt fine when walking the dog etc have you thought maybe this is because of distraction?
