weird chill on neck

Today u felt this chill on the back of my neck and my head felt weird and i didn't feel write i felt a little like my eyes was foggy and i had confusion. Could this be the the prozac that i started taking a new dose of doing this? I had a mri in july on my head and it was clear i'm really worried about this and also parkinson's
