hi guys
I have never posted on a forum before so please forgive me if i waffle on....
i thought it would be good for me to write in this forum either to get some advice, or reassurance im not really sure. even just to let others know that there not alone out there with this dreaded health anxiety.
ive been suffering from HA now for nearly 4 years, i am much better now than before as it doesn't debilitate my life AS much just in dribs and drabs! ive had all the works you can imagine, counselling, therapists, cbt, and too many medical tests!
when is all going to stop!? anyway at present i have been plagued with the dreaded palpitations - had heart monitors, blood tests, ecgs, ultrasounds you name it ive had it and guess what nothing is wrong says the doc just some missed beats WELL ive had them for over a week now everyday ALL day obviously something is wrong right?
