abdomen bigger on one side?

So basically as the title goes.

I'm on the bigger side, and if I look down, I can see my lower abdomen on the left side, but on the right side I can't.

I do have some hardened fatty tissue on the right hand side which might be pushing it outwards a little?

any ideas? is anyone elses the same?
