Chest pain scaring me!

Hi, I'm currently experiencing Chest pain in the centre of my chest, about an hour ago had my racing heart aswell. I have had my chest checked, two egc's and numerous doctors have listened to my heart and said it's fine yet I can't shake this heart fear and the chest pain doesn't help at all. Does anyone have any tips on getting rid of the chest pain? Getting fed up now.

I also have a heart fear and I often experience heart symptoms. I worry every minute I'm awake. I would call your health system help number to get their opinion on your symptoms and on what to do. I usually do that or just try to relax lying in bed listening to some calming music while breathing in and out slowly.
