Chest tightness after eating fatty food

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to ask if anyone experiences anything similar to this? I had a really fatty meal yesterday and i started to get a tight chest and a nauseous feeling (nothing to do with the quality of food, ive been going to this shop since i was a child). All this seems similar to panic symptoms and i was just wondering if anyone got this too. I still have a little HA over my heart but i haven't googled and i thought i'd come on here first before getting in a tizz :)

I get this exact thing pretty much every time I eat let alone fatty foods! But it certainly does get worse if I have something overly fatty.

Yes I get this a lot! And with really salty things! Always stop eating for 10mins thinking I'm having a heart attack lol

Which is difficult because i have a huge weakness for chocolate and fried chicken ooops!!!

This could be related to the amount of sodium in the food as well. When my husband eats "bad" food he gets a tightness in his chest and sometimes his heart will race.
