View Full Version : Headache with anxiety is this normal? im worried
I have a constant headache along with panic attacks and anxiety. The headache feels very spaced out and heavy is this normal. I just want to feel normal.
Yeah the headaches are the worst symptom I have, they come on really quickly when I'm anxious so it is obviously just a symptom and nothing more sinister.

Sometimes working on relaxing the neck muscles can ease alot of the tension headaches we get.
Try putting your index finger on your chin and press your finger down, which brings your chin to your chest. Hold this for a little while and then swap to using the other hand. Also try slackening your jaw and slumping your shoulders. You'd be amazed how high we all hold our shoulders.

"Supposing it didn't," said Pooh after careful thought.
