Tiny tiny little white bumps inside of of lip

When i pull my front lip down i can see these tiny little bumps on surface (painless), there is prob only maybe 5 or 6 that go along the lower lip when i pull it down, i think they have been there for years and my mum said they are normal and she has them, but mine might be different, is this a sign of oral cancer or another type of cancer?
