Hi, long-term anxiety sufferer here

Hi, I'm 24 and have had terrible anxiety problems since I was 9. It started as severe PTSD, but I went to trauma therapy and got that under control, now it's just generalized anxiety that I can't get rid of. I keep thinking it will get better over time but it never does. I don't know what else to do. I'm hoping having a place like this to talk and receive support will help. It's comforting to be around people who understand.
