wrist/hand jerks when laying down

I get twitches everywhere, but when i lay down i get this wrist and hand jerks like it will just move is this part of anxiety too? anyone else get this

I get this when just about to go to sleep! Very annoying but harmless

I get it as well, mine seems to be more in the legs right now.
