Can't cope with this much longer

I have had headaches almost everyday for 5+ months now.

I went on holiday and they basically went, apart from one or two pains that lasted a second and last week I was much better, only had one or two headaches but this week has been awful. I had a migraine yesterday which made me feel sick and couldn't get out of bed until 3:30 and today I dont know if you can call it a headache but I've got pressure at the top of my head, feels like I've got an elastic band around it.

I just don't know what to do anymore. I'm struggling even more because my doctor has taken me off Setraline which is making me feel dizzy and sick as well.

The headband feeling sounds like tension headaches,Have you ever had the wonderful ice pick headaches,theyre a joy but totally harmless.Do you have an understanding G.P you could talk to love xxx

It does sound like tension headache I would go and speak to your GP I use to suffer with them and migraines and I completely sympathize with you :hugs: x
