fingers moving need advice

Anyone when they are laying down have any of their fingers lift up like move i have this along with a little tremor is my hand i went to neuro said i'm okay don't have any neuro disease still i worry i just was wondering if anyone else has this symptom it's not easy to ignore

I have CONSTANT major twitches/spams

My feet, Arms, Fingers, Hands all day every day every few mins.

Sometimes my whole body will spasm.

I am in a constant state of anxiety and i dont see no end.

Yea me too i know how it feels it's hard to just accept it as anxiety

I think deep down we know it is but as you say its very hard to accept. I am on waiting list for CBT and it cant come quick enough!

PM me if you want to discuss it more as it seems we are both suffering from the same symptoms and its hard to find anyone who really understands how your feeling.
