Hole in top left tooth

Hi,

I've got a hole in my top left tooth (right at back).
The hole is near the top of the tooth and causes no pain
I'm worried I'm going to develop another abscess before I get to the dentist next Thursday..

Please tell me I'm stupid. Is this likely to happen?

I hate myself sometimes, I now cant concentrate on my work.

This is all because I got an Abscess a few months back, now I'm obsessed by them.

You just need a filling in it, I think that it would need a bit longer than a week to form any abscess but if it worries you, I'd go to an emergency or out of hours dentist.
