Ear sensations

Does anyone get wierd ear sensation with their health anxiety? I have a massive fear of hearing things ( going crazy ) and when I have panic attacks I always pull on my ears as maybe a comfort. But the past few days I'm pretty much anxious 24/7 in that state of panic and its revolving atound my hears. They feel full and almost a vibrating sensations and I keep panicking thinking I'm imagining things and hearing things. Has anyone's anxiety ever caused such wierd ear sensatuons?
