Convinced I Have CAD - please help

I just can't convince myself that I don't have CAD. I've had an ECG and bloods, but ECGs seem so rubbish at picking things up, and something could have changed since then anyway. I think the only thing that would convince me is an angiogram, but I know the doctor won't give me one.

The reason the doctor won't give you one is because they are certain that you do NOT have CAD. If they thought it were a real possibility and a risk to you, they would order further testing. I know it can be really hard to believe the results and doctors when you suffer from frightening symptoms. But doctors deal with these symptoms daily and have to do a LOT of training and continual training to keep their registration. They are the best people to judge whether you have a medical problem. It's hard to believe sometimes, but eventually you do need to trust them and have some faith that they are good at their job and know what they are doing :)
