Does anyone suffer this with there anxiety and have any advice on how to help it or prevent it. It's not a feeling of being unable to breath I literaly loose my breath for a few seconds, normally when I'm doing nothing watching tv. I had a echo scan earlier in the year so I definitely know it can't be my heart and anxiety but still makes it very scary and it is still very real x

4 seconds breathing in, hold for 4 seconds, breath out for 4 seconds.

I get this fairly often and this helps within a matter of minutes if done correctly.. try focusing on slowing down your breath.
