Can't stop worrying about virus

I currently am in bed with a cold and nausea, I have a fear of going to hospital and this illness is making me worry :( I haven't been sick and I know that if it was two years ago this illness wouldn't worry me but I feel so anxious and scared :(

The chances of having to go to hospital for a cold and nausea are quite slim. Out of all of the people who have colds at any one point in time, most of them recover within a week and are back to normal without even seeing a doctor. If you're still really anxious you could always visit the GP for some peace of mind :)
