Why does this all scare me

Right, so the main thing that concerns me is that I get a feeling sometimes, off and on, that my left side is disconnected from my body. I also have tiredness, muscle aches, a headache, skin burning and prickling, numbness in my fingers in that they feel more stiff lately, and pressure in the left side of my face.

I hear this I am like a stiff board in a morning I am getting scared of so many symptoms I don't life,e tenses weird tingly feeling all over my body. Either xxxjst letting you no I no wat your saying
