Pressure in one spot of my head.

Hi guys . . . I'm 15, and I've had health anxiety since I was six.
I don't want to give a full brief of my anxiety but it's been very intense for a long time. Recently I started getting this pressure in one side of my head, quite concentrated, above my right temple. It's been continuous for a week now and I've had numerous panic attacks about it - I'm petrified and I don't know what to do :/

Are you receiving any treatment for your panic/anxiety? Very important that you speak to your doctor if not. I think that the pressure you're getting in your head is related to tension and anxiety. Painkillers no good?
