confrontation

hi guys.does anyone have a problem with this.i realy suffer with it.even if im watching something on the tv where there is confrontation.it makes me feel afraid and uncomftable even if its just raised voices on the tv.cant imagin whatt id be like if it was a situation with me
in real life..

Yeah, but it was more so when my anxiety was at its worst when a lot of things were making me jump. It doesn't bother me as much now but I have a tendency to ruminate for hours afterwards if I have a confrontation with anyone.
