alcohol anxiety problem help please

I am not sure on any forum but have you been to the doctor and asked them? they may offer to refer you to service that will help.

You may have a DART (Drugs and Alcohol Recovery Team) that can help too

I used to attend a walk-in charity group for anxiety & depression and I met several members who were recovering alcoholic's and substance misusers. They would attend their meetings for addiction but also come to these to discuss other areas causing them anxiety & depression. So, perhaps even stay around on here for support as well as use a specific forum?
