Strange chest sensation

Hi,
About 6 months ago I started getting a feeling of compression in the upper middle of my chest accompanied by tingling sensations accross upper left and right chest. This went on for days so went to the doctors.

I had a full ECG, echocardiogram and 24 hour heart monitor. Everything came back normal. The sensation went away for a couple months but has now returned.

I'm a very fit 37 year old male and have been training for a marathon the last few months. I can easily run 20+ miles and the symptoms disappear when exercising so don't think its a heart issue.

I'm worried as the marathon is this Sunday. Although my chest feels tight, breathing is easy.

I suspect it could be anxiety related, but do bouts like this usually last for weeks at a time?

This is exactly what I keep getting and it is consistent, I've had my ecg just waiting to get the echocardiogram & 24 hour monitor, it's been consistent throughout. It goes if you just ignore it over time gradually dissipating
