Hello everyone, I have just posted my very first post and was feeling very proud of myself for navigating the forum and posting in the right area......and then I reread the welcome message and realised I should have posted here first! Sorry! I am 50 and have just been diagnosed with depression and anxiety after about two years of struggling with it. Although I was surprised to get the diagnosis of depression as I thought it was just anxiety and health anxiety to be specific. I have been reading on this forum for a little while now and it has helped so much to know that others are going through the same thing. If anyone could help with my other post I would be very grateful. It is in the medication part under citalopram. Many thanks.
