Back of head and neck pain

For the past few days I've had a pain in my head the pain is located in the back and low down my neck as also been hurting, best way to describe is a dull ache! :-( as anyone else had this? So far I have resisted Dr Google.

hi I to am having these now have had it for week now. my pain in left side of head back of head down neck it feels stiff. I feel sick and dizzy and short of breath very scared

Its most likely muscle tension. You may find relaxation techniques such as Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) help if you find yourself tensing a lot.
