Feel like my heart is beating faster than it is

I'm not sure if it is because I'm thinking about it, but I always feel as if my heart is going faster than it is? It makes me feel all yucky and have a tightness in my throat , I've been to the doctors today and he said my heart is absolutely fine , anyone else get this ?? :(

I get this it's horrible,I think it's just the anxiety making it feel more then what it is....

I have major heart worry. I check my pulse constantly. Sometimes I think its racing and I will b completely fine
