Vibration in heel..Im rather frightened

Hi! Ive been here for a few days..been suffering from the oh so lovely fear of ALS and as sone know i have REALLY bad HA.i was in my drawing class when my right heel started vibrating at random. I automatically freaked and left my class early. Now mind you i was sitting with my feet crossed under me for about an hour but my ALS fear is making me feel scared :weep: I dont know whats wrong ):

Perhaps that your feet were crossed for about an hour and they fell asleep?
