having a crap day panicking like theres no tomorrow cant seem to relax myself husband gone on nights hate being alone in the house weird sensations as if something terrible is going to happen dont know why.any suggestions please

I understand how hard these feelings are but nothing bad will happen to you, I have felt totally the same all over xmas hols and nothing bad happens we just think it will,

Snap. I'm feeling a fight or flight adrenalin pushes at the moment for no reason. I live on my own and believe as you do something terrible might happen. I'm hoping work will sort all that out.
