Sorry you are suffering, know how you are feeling, health anxiety/panic attacks and OCD, its a very lonely place.
Tell us more about how it effects you. Health anxiety is so hard as everything seems a danger and you have something terrible, so hard, experienced this for 18 years and still find it difficult at times.
