cold patch on arm

Hi

I had this symptom on and off for a while. My left arm as a cold/burn patch. Does anyone else experience this. Im worried its my heart or a stroke. If its muscle/nerve why does it come and go. I went to a n e with it before as instructed by the doc if it didnt go in so many hours but nothing showed up. I also worried its neurological x

It won't be your heart/a stroke. They affect whole entire areas like one side of the body or half the face. They don't affect isolated small areas alone intermittently.

Get your circulation going. Do some push ups from your waists or knees.
Lie down and push a cushion up and down until your arms get tired.

If nothing's showed up your fine :-) anxiety can cause Al sorts of symtoms and feelings including this. X

Thank you for your replies. Its seems to be a patch on top of my arm. Really bizzare. I hate anxiety x
