I have been doing the flashlight search on this little bump on my inner cheek. I googled pictures of the big C and see NOTHING that looks like that to compare to my cheek. Should i feel relieved and just relax and let nature run its course. its a hard little lump but does not hurt and the color is the same as my cheek. I dont want to attempt to pop it so maybe just go back to the warm salt water rinses.
