Left arm pain

Hi, for a couple of hours I have had a dull ache in my left arm which obviously has led me to panic and continually think the worst. I subconsciously tense my whole left side up which then aches my shoulder leading to other worries. I also feel as though I cannot catch a proper breath and my stomach feels funny when I breathe out if that makes sense? Has anyone experienced this before? X

I also get left arm pains, it more like a numbness. I also thought the worst but turns out its only anxiety. and now I don't get them anymore because every time it comes I laugh and remind myself that it is anxiety and I go on with my day.
