Happy New Year to you all, feel at home already.:)

i was just reading some of the problems that people have with anxiety and panic attacks. I have been having problems myself with symptoms of these for the last four months, or so i thought. Reading through some of the worries people are going through i've realised i have been suffering anxiety anyway for quite a few years,wont go into detail now though as i only came on at the moment to say hello and what a friendly atmosphere it is on this site with people expressing there problems and trying to give others helping advice.

I feel like i'm going to get a lot of help with all of you here as you all seem so kind and warm.
