I was prescribed Clomipramine 25 years ago and all has been well. Last year I was told that they had stopped manufacture so my doc. prescribed Peroxetine 20mg instead. This seemed to be working OK although I don't feel as well as I did on Clomipramine, 3 months ago I was diagnosed with glaucoma and although the Peroxetine was controlling my anxiety up to that point, it didn't carry me through this recent hurdle and last night I went into full anxiety mode again. Went to the doc. today and she has increased my Paroxetine to 30mg instead of the 20mg and bless her heart she has given me a precious 14 diazepam!!!! I just like having diazepam in the drawer, just knowing they are there is a comfort to me.
