Bak to work

Hi. Im new to this site and would liketo say hi to everyone. Secondly does anyone know if i can get bak to work in stages rather than fulltime as im a chronic social phobic sufferer.

It really depends on the company you work for to be honest.

Your doctor can write you a sick note for a phased return to work ,i would also discuss it with your immediate line manager.I went back with a phased return and it worked for me
