my anxiety is back again

hey guys so im getting really bad anxiety again and panic attacks my dad passed 4 years ago and i cant get over it. its killing me i don't want to go out anymore just stay at home

Hi there.so sorry to hear about your dad,i couldnt for one min understand whst that feels like,because iv never lost anyone close to me,my heart goes out to you iv often wondered how ill feel if i loose a member of my family and it makes me feel so sad,it takes everyone different lenghts of time to get over loosing a loved one,some longer than others,anxiety is normal and excpected in your situation ,although its hard its normal,hopefully one day you will be able to move on and just remember all the good times you had together,sending hugs,:hugs:
