A Bad Time

My health anxiety has gone through the roof today. In August my brother died of cancer and then today I learnt that a very good friend has been diagnosed with lung cancer. As this is the thing I fear my anxiety and depression has gone into overdrive. I cannot sleep so am trying to occupy myself with sewing and watching TV.

Yes, it's all around me too. And I hate the adverts, because they just keep reminding you of all those terrible Diseases and we watch TV to try and relax. At some point in our Lives we will lose our Family and Friends and it can hit you hard and give you a wake-up call that nothing is forever. But, If you have seen Family suffer like I have, it puts so much Fear into your Mind. I always keep busy to distract myself and if I keep doing that, I eventually calm down to some sort of normality. :hugs:
