Hey guys, every couple months or so I get this really bad lower back pain. It sometimes gets so bad that it feels so stiff to the point where I feel like I can't stand up straight. This usually happens when I sit down and try to get back up. The pains is so bad and my back feels kind of shifted or something.
The only time my back feels good is when I lie on my side or on my back. The pain isn't constant, it comes like for one week every 3-5 months. But it really scared me because at times it gets really stiff that it makes it hard for me to walk. It also really hurts when I bend or move and when I press on the area. It's mostly located lower back more in the middle and right side.
Any ideas?
