I've started making regular visits to Dr Google again and I can't help myself! :mad: I have even gone to see my real GP several times for the same issues I have seen them about the last two times I have had an anxiety flare up. I was off sick yesterday and Dr Google visited me but it turned out just to be my period! :wacko: My anxiety gets worse around then as it makes me feel ill and I am so scared I will get sick. I have IBS and I know that is whats wrong with me but I have started searching again and it's making my anxiety worse. I know I should stop :doh:
