hi for the last 1 year I have had chronic anxiety all day which spread like a disease to different things like agoraphobia etc being in supermarkets presuming I was about to die you all know the drill BUT I have never had a problem FALLING ASLEEP anyway for some strange reason and with a bit of excersize for the last two weeks ive felt great during the day took my daughter to the cinema without a single anxiety issue etc etc
BUT now when im falling a sleep I get this horrible feeling in my chest that shoots me upright and as soon as its awoken me goes away it then happens again again with my heart pounding away, ive had all the checks done within 3 months and my bp is the best its ever been
ive had the jolts before but this is like its evil twin BROTHER, and here I am in the morning feeling great again and last night seems just like a dream
I really cant get my head round this ?????????
