Hi I'm new here too and like you I suffer from GAD and PD I constantly worry about everything my health is the main trigger as I suffer from physical symptoms that go hand in hand with anxiety so no you are not alone in your own fight hopefully this group can help us understand and learn to deal with our fight with anxiety :-) x
