inside cheek feels dry/scaly

I have this patch inside my lower lip like where your mouth opens that feels dry and scaly. I looked at leukoplakia and it doesnt look like that. it has speckeled spots like an easter egg that are red-yellow. It doesnt hurt.. its just dry and scaly. Any idea what this could be and what to do for it?

I do that. There's been threads on it here in the past. It's common with anxiety.
