just a question re pins and needles

what actual causes them?

ive always had episodes on/off 20 yeaars since my anxiety began but then last week i have had them constantly all over my body and its now freaking me out

i know it can be caused by dehydration and it had been 30+ for 4 weeks
i also know alcohol can make them worse and i do drink

otherwise i seem good in myself re my anxiety but this is really getting me down - no chest pain or breathlessness etc just these darn pins and needles 24/7
