Anxiety driving me nuts

My anxiety has started becoming a problem again, for a couple of weeks now I haven't had any which has been great! But for the last four days I had that horrible churning knoting feeling in my stomach and restlessness. The med's don't seem to be doing anything I'm really anxious all the time. It starting to drive my nuts. :scared15:

Mention it to the doc. Tell hm your meds aren't working. Or maybe it's the meds ? Have you just started taking them ?

Are you working a recovery program? (i.e. Therapy or self-help, acceptance based program? )

Anxiety isn't cured by meds, of course. It doesn't help most people.
