I keep thinking back to how I used to be before I had HA. I wish I could be like that again, the only thing missing from it was my beloved son!

I can't imagine being HA free again. I'm having CBT but im still feeling really negative :weep:

Will I have this forever? I'm so frustrated with it!

I feel like this too. Are u on medication? I start cbt tomorrow and been prescribed lustral which is making me feel pretty crap at the moment too

No I'm not on any meds. My dr wasn't keen on starting me on them he wanted me to try CBT first. x
