well thats where I'm at.
I have had symptoms/sensations for 2 years including and not limited to:
Headaches
Facial Pain/Sinus
Dizziness
Excessive Sweating
Excessive Salivation
Pins and Needles in Hands
Burning Sensations in Hands
Speech - tripping over words
Fatigue
Itching
Out of the 100 million blood tests I have had done the only things which keep coming back abnormal are Serum Vitamin B12 and Serum Immunoglobulin A (igA)
As of Thursdays blood test my B12 is now 4 x abnormal with the latest being 1150 on a scale of 250-660? and igA is also still abnormally high at 4.1 (no idea what scale and what units)
I have already been tested for blood cancers by a blood specialist, and deemed to be fine in that respect, the igA being polyclonal (real antibody) not monoclonal that happens in Myeloma.
The reason for the latest blood test was due to having this strange mouth symptoms come on over the past 2 weeks, which started like a virus before giving me dry mouth and facial pain, I am struggling to talk for whatever reason, my mouth feels tight my jaw aches, my gums feel irritable and the right side of my mouth feels like it sticks on my teeth when I talk.
Making me panic over neurological issues like brain tumors again.
I saw a few Drs the past week, apparently my face looks fine, no palsys or the like or so I'm told, my right saliva gland felt raised according to one Dr so he orded the blood tests and one for mumps was included although the results are not yet back on that.
I was told to contact the Dr over the results that had come back so far,
The Dr who called me back basically scrathed her head, shrugged her shoulders - well she gave many nice silent pauses before saying you was checked for blood cancers last year maybe your just abnormal with regards to the blood tests not everyones the same bla bla.
You know what I think of that? its ******** to say the least, igA happens to be your immune system doing something, wether it be against infections, cancers or even itself yet no one so far in the nhs seems to give a damn.....
I'm lost and worried sick
