clarithromycin worry

hi ive been on clarithromycin 500mg twice a day, for 3 days now and since last night ive been having pains in my stomach on and off so i rang my surgery today and told triarge nurse about the pains and mild cramping and she told me to try and keep taking them for another 2 days if i can and take paracetamol for the pains but my worry is what if the crampy pains get worse im so worried this is going to happen im scared im going to end up in a@e :weep::weep:

i always get stomach cramps when on them an slight nausea but its never got any worse than manageable stomach cramps :)

mine never did hun an i was on them twice a day for 2 weeks try some peppermint tea if you have any helps sooth your tummy :)
