Stomach cancer or something else?

Hello, I am a mother of two young daughters and my life is plagued by health anxiety. Every single day there is a new symptom and something to obsess over. I hate it but I can't stop myself from worrying.:-( for the past week, I have had a bad taste on my tongue and have been feeling quite sick to my stomach, a bit off my food too. I've worked myself into a frenzy that this is stomach cancer. What do you think? I feel like it's gone on for too long for it to be something non serious.

I have HA to and can totally empathise with the cancer thing , you have no symptoms of stomach cancer tho from those you've described , maybe talk to your GP get some assurance and maybe some help for your HA
