Ten Years and Counting

Hello panickers :D

Although I've been having serious panic attacks and troubling anxiety over the past ten years, I haven't seen this website before! I guess I was busy checking my symptoms on WebMD etc. :lac:

I'm really pleased to have stumbled upon this forum today, and I woul like to share my experience with this wonderful community.

My most recent panic attack took place an hour ago: hot head, cold feet and hands, headache, dry mouth, short breathe and other usual symptoms. Now it's gone and I'm writing a post minutes after I thought I'm dying.

I am sorry to hear you have been feeling bad.
As normal I too had a bad evening, pins and needles muscles pains and yak.
its horrible living with such a horrible illness everyday.
