scared of parksinson's

I've had a tremor in my left hand since july been to neuro said i'm fine and had a clear mri but i still fear parkinson's. I've been having bad few months worrying about this, i also get muscle jerks/twitches when laying down in my elbows,knees,shoulders,arms,legs. I will see throbbing in my knee and i'm really scared could this really all be anxiety? will it ever go away? I also have a tremor kinda in my lips and chin i'm worried. sorry for misspelling in title

I know what you mean I have underlying tremors/shakes more noticeable when still. I've also seen neuro and had MRI. Difficult to let them go. We get attached the sensations.
